Our resident audio expert is also a former University of Miami Assistant Professor of Music Engineering and can provide expert witness testimony and consulting for your audio related cases. We've worked on patent infringments, acoustics and noise ordinance issues, digital media copyright cases and insurance fraud.

We can also analyze music or dialogue for copyright infringement issues (sampling) to help you solve your audio technology legal issues.

Since 1997

Tritone Systems has been providing audio expert services for the legal community in South Florida, beginning with noise ordinance and sound issues (acoustics) on Miami Beach. This lead to other audio expert opportunities starting with insurance fraud (audio hardware analysis and testimony) and then moving to patent infringement (digital audio algorithms) and digital media copyright (computer audio) cases on Capitol Hill, Washington D.C. including reverse engineering of C++ software code.
